Stress problem have been spread in the whole world today and everyone is undergoing blast.  There’s no simply way you can get out of pressure in life whether you’re in work, studies or home, it cannot be avoided even though you’re happy for this moment, you’ll feel oppositely later on.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In recent studies, stress can kill men and women all over the world because of the complication it brings such as depression and will lead to diseases in a long run. This one can affect your lifestyle, so you have to alarm yourself to fight stress before it gets worse.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> One of the factors it can cause is sleep deprivation. </p>
<p>It is important for one each of us to get enough sleep, not less and more than 8 hours a day. Lack of sleep can suppress the growth hormones, it can also affect your healing abilities in your wounds; can affect your immune system where it will be harder to fight away diseases and as what recent studies says, it can also bring a heart diseases.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Also, diet has a big impact with stress problem like affecting your appetite; so it is important to give importance on the food you’re taking. Eating eggs in the morning along with cheese, milk, nuts or almonds can increase your alertness. During difficult days of your work, try to eat some sesame seed to help you relieve from stress. </p>

<p>Stress can always happen. There are just so many stressors that can trigger you to feel so stressed. Well, if you ever feel this way, try reading this article. It provides three helpful stress-reducing activities that you might need:</p>
<p><strong>1. Hang out with friends</strong> - One way to reduce stress is to hang out with friends. Spending time with them can actually lessen your worries, pressures and stress. Human contact can be very helpful because it can actually relieve so many burdens you are currently feeling. When you feel like you are feeling stressed out, it is best that you contact some good friends and have a cup of coffee with them. You can also have a short walk with them. You could also do some little and meaningful conversations with them. This can actually help in reducing one's stress.</p>
<p><strong>2. Bake something you like</strong> - You may feel so much comfort by diverting yourself into something you love doing. </p>
<p>You can bake a dessert just for you. You can bake you favorite dessert such as cake, cookies and brownies if you want. Take some time to buy the ingredients and enjoy the feeling of pampering yourself with the things you love to do. This activity can make you forget or release all worries and stresses you feel as of the moment. You can do this all day and get some comfort and satisfaction after you have finished baking different kinds of pastries.</p>
