Tiger Balm is a modern derivative of oils and remedies used by herbalists and doctors of ancient China thousands of years ago to relieve the pain of senior Chinese leaders. Which tiger balm is better?
They are inexpensive treatments for stuffy nose, headaches, itchinessinsect bites, muscular aches, pains, sprains, and flatulence.

tiger balm white, tiger balm red, or tiger balm soft?

According to the Tiger Balm website, red tiger balm "helps breathe new life into aching muscles". White tiger balm "can also ease tension headaches". So in your case go for the red tiger balm. You could alternatively use tiger balm soft. It seems to be a mix of the two but in a softer format. But perhaps tiger balm red might be more effective since it is specifically for sore muscles.
