Chi Foot
i weigh about 60kg at 6 foot, so am fairly slim, yet i have a large stomach that hangs out, how can i slim it?
i know that it could be excess fat, but i ply football for 2-3hours every week on saturdays. iv also been trainin for abt a month and half, doin sit ups chi ups etc..the work is showin on my chest and arms, but no six pack, i think its hiding behind my large stomach. does any1 know any causes of having a large stomach, and how i can overcome it, to show my abs. ty
I had same problem.. apparently its important to do crunches, sit-ups call them what u like to make the stomach wall tighter which literally holds it in..
I also found the rowing machine most effectively burnt off the fat in that area..
Its a pain in the neck aint it?!!
