Goldenseal Echinacea Plus

How is this daily vitamin line-up?

I have varicose veins, tend to get sick with respiratory sicknesses like bronichitis and strep throat more than most people, plus I work out daily and am trying to lose weight- this is what i take daily at the recommended dosage:

Apple Cider Vinegar
Ultra Plan Immune Nutrient formule( echinacea, garlic, vit a vit c, goldenseal, etc)
Calcium, Magnesium, & Zinc
Butcher's Broom
Vitamin B Complex

Those are perfectly fine to take together and following the recommendations on the bottles should be good as well.
The only thing I want to comment as a caution is that you shouldn't take more than 600 mg of Calcium at any given point in time, so the 1,000-1,200 mg of Calcium that's normally recommended should be spread out to at least 2-3 doses to get the safest usage from it.
Also, Echinacea shouldn't be taken in too great of a dosage on a regular basis, so if that complex has more than 200 mg of Echinacea, I would be cautious about taking it too long at a time. I'd check the bottle carefully to make sure it doesn't say "not for extended use" or anything that lists a timeframe restriction (typically listed around the recommendations or cautions) to be on the safe side.
