Oil Lavender

Scent stimulates nerves to fire in the emotional center of the brain (Limbic System - Smell and Emotional Response), and it also stimulates the master gland to release hormones. Hormones affect the fight/flight response, as well as digestion and heart rate. In this way, Thereapeutic - Grade Essential Oils can affect us in many ways all at once, just through their fragrance (inhalation).

Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oils have a complex chemical structure, designed and produced by nature, which makes the use uniquely economical! For example, when Lavender Oil is applied to a wound, over sore muscles, a broken bone, or a burn, it can support the body's natural self-healing processes in all those areas. Or it might stimulate the immune system or balance blood pressure, or relieve a tension headache, or help you go to sleep.

Finally, Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oils can affect us just through their subtle energy. They have a presence that touches us deeply, and can change our feelings and our thoughts in an instant.

LAVENDER THERAPEUTIC - GRADE ESSENTIAL OIL - Lavender has been clinically evaluated for its relaxing effects, and it may be used to cleanse cuts, bruises and skin irritations.

• Rub Lavender Oil on the feet for a calming effect on the body
• Rub a drop of Lavender Oil on your palms and smooth on your pillow to help you sleep
• Put a drop of Lavender Oil on a bee sting or insect bite to stop itching and reduce swelling
• Put 2-3 drops of Lavender Oil on a minor burn to decrease pain
• Drop Lavender Oil on a cut to stop the bleeding
• Mix several drops of Lavender Oil with V-6 Vegetable Mixing Oil and use topically on eczema and dermatitis
• Alleviate the symptoms of motion sickness
• Place a drop of Lavender Oil on the end of the tongue or around the naval or behind the ears
• To stop a nosebleed, put a drop of Lavender Oil on a tissue and wrap it around a small chip of ice, push the tissue covered ice chip up under the middle of the top lip to the base of the nose and hold as long as comfortable or until the bleeding stops
• Rub a drop of Lavender Oil over the bridge of the nose to unblock tear ducts
• Rub Lavender Oil on dry or chapped skin
• Rub a drop of Lavender Oil on chapped or sunburned lips
• To reduce or minimize the formation of scar tissue, massage Lavender Oil on and around the area
• Rub 2 - 4 drops of Lavender Oil over your armpits to act as a deodorant
• Rub a drop of Lavender Oil between your palms and inhale deeply to help alleviate the symptoms of hay fever
• Rub several drops of Lavender Oil into the scalp to help eliminate dandruff, place a few drops of Lavender Oil on a cotton ball and place in your linen closet to scent the linens and repel moths and insects
• Place a drop of Lavender Oil in your water fountain to scent the air, kill bacteria and prolong the time between cleanings
• Place a few drops of Lavender Oil on a wet cloth and throw into the clothes dryer
• Which will deodorize and freshen your laundry, put a drop of Lavender Oil on a cold sore
• Cold diffuse Lavender Oil to alleviate the symptoms of allergies
• Spritz several drops of Lavender Oil mixed with distilled water on a sunburn to decrease pain
• Drop Lavender Oil on a cut to clean the wound and kill bacteria
• Apply 2-3 drops of Lavender Oil to a rash to stop the itching and heal the skin

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Always wash and rinse your hands thoroughly, before and after the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils, also avoid contact with your eyes. Keep therapeutic-grade essential oils out of the reach of children.

Is it safe to put a drop of pure lavender oil in my natural ear drops?

I think it would sooth my irritated ear and I want to try it out.

Please don't answer if you don't know the answer, I am not asking if it would cure me, but if it would potentially harm my ears or not.
LOL im now looking at the ingredients of my ear drops and it contains lavender!

I wouldn't mess around with lavender in your ears. Ears are extremely complex and sensitive organs and you could easily be damaging them by putting lavender oil in your ear canal. Don't put anything but medicated ear drops directly into your ear without speaking to a health professional first, unless you want to go deaf/cause some serious damage.
