Palm Massager

I have very tight facial muscles...?

Around and between the eyes, jaw and scalp. This seems to be where I keep tension. Would one of those hand held/palm massagers help to relax these areas or are they useless?
Any other advice would be appreciated!

Do small exercises with those tense muscles at least once every day. I suggest you try one of those hand-held massagers. Or go to a spa and ask if they can help you.
