is it true that as cats get older the pads of their feet turn black?
someone told me that as cats get older, the pads of their feet gradually turn black. i noticed the other day that the back pads of my cat's feet have black patches on them, which they didn't before.
if that's not true, then why do my cat's back pads suddenly have black spots (its not dirt and no, they were not there when he was younger).
Hi there...their feets will remain the same colour, however cats get black pigmentation spots which are age spots not only the pads of their feet, but also around the lips, nose as well.
