Is their an easier way to straighten out extremely curly hair?
I don't want to get a relaxer, because i love my natural curls, however they are wayyyy too poofy and i just don't like the look. My current routine is to wash it with Redken Smoothdown, which SORT of relaxes the curls, and I use a very rich protein conditioner system from Joico. I let it air dry until it's about 80% try, and then i section it off and blow dry it with my Chi Ion Dryer and a round brush. and THEN, i straighten it section by section, TWICE, with my Chi turbo.
I want to know if there is a way I can shorten this routine and end up with the same results. My hair is much like:
after you finish washing your hair put your hair in plates, then let it air dry, blow dry your hair and go from there. You could get a perm but it could damage your hair
