Foot spa? Does anybody know how to use a foot spa set?
I have a cuticle set, foot scrub, foot lotion, bath crystals, nail brush, foot soak cryatals and pumice stone. I have NO idea whow to use the set. Though, I would really love to use this. Do you have any idea on what to do? Any steps to revconsider?...Please help...
Use the foot soak first in warm water (as warm as you can stand). Soak your feet for about 10 minutes, then use the pumice stone to scrub off any softened areas on your feet that were calluses before soaking, use the foot scrub next its like rubbing soap on your feet and giving them a good wash. Use the cuticle set to remove any dead cuticle tissue and to remove anything under your toenail, use nail brush to scrub tops off toes after removing areas around the cuticles. Rinse your feet off. Dry them well and while they are still a little moist rub in the foot lotion really well paying special attention to your heels if the winter has made them especially dry. I would suggest putting on a pair of socks after the lotion to help soften your feet even more.
When you are done, make sure to clean off the tools you used on your feet and place them where they can dry completely. I would suggest never sharing them with anyone because in the right conditions it is possible to contaminate your tools with Staph which can be really nasty to get rid of. It happens from time to time in professional salons when getting pedicures, so making sure they are clean and dry it really important. Hope this helped.
