Learning effective stress management techniques is extremely important to overall health and quality of life. In fact, stress management is one of the 4 most important components to an overall healthy lifestyle. For more information, see my book, "How To Eat Fried Chicken and Be Thin Too" on Amazon or at strategicbookpublishing.com

Do you have any details of the studies linking stress to gastro-intestinal disorders? Would be interested in reading. Also I did a study in 2004 with three trial groups using the Eight Week Program outlined in the book "Turn-Stress-Into-Bliss" and participants recorded a 55% reduction in stress related symptoms over the eight weeks. One group specifically had IBD like symptoms at the beginning.
